washing meat is generally a third worlder/nigger thing. it does more harm than good, but good luck trying to convince these people to change their ways.

I just brine it in salt water overnight and rinse off the excess salt.
No bacteria mess all over washing area, clean chicken, and as an extra bonus brining makes chicken tastier

I just put a dismembered 15 lb turkey in oven. I skinned it and got rid of all the underskin placenta slime and fat and busted the backbone apart. 1am and should be done around 3. I sprinkled with some spice type stuff. I think ground rosemary and fenel seed and pepper and basil. Dinner is on at my house and i invite all of /ck/.

Put your pot on stove, set on high for a rolling boil for 1 minute. Dump out water with scummy water and dead bacteria. There's your clean chicken to either continue boiling with clean water for stewing or transfer to oven or other cooking method of your desire.

Missed you all. Was hoping the scent of roasted bird would have guided you here. I ate the backbone meat and wings in one sitting, then a leg and thigh in another sitting and just had about 1/4 of the breast meat mixed up with a little mayo for my final before bed snack. I put on my vr goggles during the eating to get the simulation of you all being here with me. Hopefully you can make it next time
