They look fairly Chinese-cleaver-ish. Probably a decent all-in-one for meat and veggies, especially if you're camping or spending a few days hunting. I'm not sure about the pitting on this one though, it looks like it was supposed to be damascus but something went wrong.

I have a similar thick, large, shit quality metal knife I keep around for hacking things that would break other blades, like frozen meat. That's its only real use. Otherwise I just use a chinese cleaver.

The knife in the picture is trash.
The original one that went viral is just a average knife nothing special.
Its 1095 carbon steel with a ok handle and its really thin so its pretty good at going though food.
The knife in the picture is Chinese stainless with shit heat treat consistency and is 2 to 3 times thicker than the original one.

A vegetable cleaner and meat cleaver will do better
