A few years ago. I really enjoy the smell of cigars but I'm very sensitive to nicotine, and I can never make it decently through one without feeling very sick. Before the nicotine overload hits, it's nice with whiskey. Last whiskey I had with a cigar was probably Lagavulin 16. [soiboi wojak]

It's okay. It's a good intro to Islay scotches. It's decently balanced, no rough edges. I personally prefer the Ardbeg NAS offerings more for a fuller flavor. Plus, they're cheaper, though definitely not cheap. There's unfortunately no such thing as single malts at non-premium prices at this time.
