I have an idea for a new restaurant based around the location of "Sneed's Feed and Seed" from The Simpsons. I think the name would be "James Flames and Steaks" (my name is James btw). Basically the idea for the restaurant is a small, family friendly atmosphere serving various homestyle regional dishes from the Southern United States. Are there any restauranteurs here who could give me some advice for how I should go about starting this establishment. What do I need to know about hiring, produce, current limitations of restaurants due to Covid, etc. Also will copyright be an issue, given the similarity between these two establishments.
