In Belgium and France, you have a fast-food chain called Quick (which is basically a McDonalds rip-off) who makes a burger called the King Fish. Vastly superior to the Filet-O-Fish.
Also, I know someone who actually worked at McDonalds who only ate these: when a burger falls to the ground when flipping, it's placed back in the pan and still gets sold. These fish ones come from the oven, so no risk of them falling on the ground.
