Hmmmm that's actually fair, I guess.
I don't have a favorite, I just know I'm not a fan of tobasco. Louisiana is a little waterier than I tend to like, but it tastes good. Frank's is basically good but I'm pretty sure it's mostly syrup. Cholula has a good taste to it but I don't know that I'd want to eat a plate of cholula wings. I like sriracha but I find it too spicy, which is weird to me because I'm not really a spice baby, sriracha just kinda tastes spicy more than it tastes like anything else.

I think the best hot sauce is maybe when you mix honey and sriracha together.
