That's your choice. But that doesn't rectify the essential misunderstanding (or deliberate ignorance) about the choice that HE made. Its a joke because obviously its an ad for Knorr stock pots, but even then the techniques and advice are legit especially in his bolognese sauce and beef bourignon recipes. He may be arrogant at times but he's a pretty good at culinary instructor vids.
