If you have a "go-to" for all your meals you are an insufferably dull person.

So you waste time every single day to think about what you going to eat? Quite inefficient if you ask me

Uh oh! It looks like people are having fun in here. I hope an unpaid janitor shows up soon to shut it down.

A go-to is just what you default to when you don't have a plan. It shouldn't be what you're making all the time. But it's something quick and easy that you're confident you can make well, usually have the ingredients for, and that you like. I could probably stand to routinize more of my dinners so they require less planning on my part.

Breakfast is coffee. Black.
Lunch is a burger without cheese or mayo
I don't eat dinner because you don't need energy to sleep.

As a tip for cooking the Pancakes; bacon first, cook about halfway. Chop bacon into fine pieces, divide pile into amount of pancakes (4 = 4 piles of bacon)
Stir batter, add blueberries last (so as not to burst them with unnecessary stirring). cook pancakes on low heat and use butter for flavor.
sprinkle bacon on uncooked dude of pancakes, spread evenly. cook pancakes 75% of the way on one side, so that when you flip the bacon will not overcook. Enjoy :) I don't recommend using parma ham as a substitute, but you can try.

I use aunt jemima butter pancake mix :) have a good Christmas anons

This is a recipe to get /fit/. Chickpeas are cheap with a lot of protein and they go well with the sauce. I think you could substitute them with rice, although I have never tested it.

Typically carbs are ease to eat and appealing enough any time of the day. I could eat a blueberry/chocolate chip muffin at any point during any day.

Breakfast cereal is also good basically any time. I don’t eat it much as an adult but you give me a bowl of honey snacks or some frosted mini-wheats and I’ll beat that shit up any time of day.

Also steak, because steak.
