Fried brussels are God-tier but some retards insist on boiling them.

I'm intrigued, OP. How do they taste?

God-tier. Especially when tailgating.

Omg those look delicious.
>tfw used to sling brussels sprouts when I worked in produce sales
Surprised how much I hated that job but I still like brussels sprouts.

Yeah boiling everything is an unironic boomer thing. I don't know how they never figured out how to use an oven or frying pan

I roast them with grapes

Nice. I use apple, white balsamic and cider vinegar, and sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Bacon is also a great addition but the wife doesn’t eat it so not so much for me.

Well to be fair it predates boomers, that was the traditional European way of cooking

I like them and I'm a picky autistic child according to /ck/
I think most people who hate them have just had them really poorly prepared.
Though some probably genuinely don't like the taste.

Tool.

I used to fry up thinly sliced sprouts in bacon grease till they got nice and blistered, then toss them with toasted slivered almonds, crumbled bacon, and craisins. Then throw them under the broiler with buttered breadcrumb topping. It's surprisingly low calorie despite the ingredients. I know the craisins might sound strange, but they have a sweet tartness the perfectly complements the fatty richness of the other ingredients.

Posting MSoy needs to be bannable already. 4chan went from creativity to people showing real life examples of self-replicating gray goo.

Craisins don't seem outside the realm of possibility.
I've done sprouts with sultanas and pork drippings.
You're right, it cuts through nicely.
Could add vinegar as well but my roommates are picky about it for some reason.

I highly doubt that the mods give a shit about 4chan at this point outside of banning trash like CP or anything else that would cause this place to be shoah'd.
