I process most of my own meat myself, especially the pork.

I don't mind ground up organs if that's what it says on the can, though. My issue is with how muddled it gets when you can get away with only putting the species on the ingredients list, and not the cut.

I actually enjoy fried crickets and mealworms unironically. I remember sneaking mealworms from the bait containers when my dad wasn’t looking as a kid. Crunchy and meaty. I also like adding cricket powder to my smoothies sometimes.
