Media kikery is the worst. Cockroach "milk", a partially digested enzyme slurry, has been known for decades. The extraction method requires surgically inserting filter paper into the abdomen of the insect, and produces less than 0.5ml over a 48 hour period.

No researcher has ever suggested or even considered trying to market it. It's barely feasible to extract enough of the goop for research purposes. Nobody who's in the field of studying live-birthing cockroaches has ever admitted to drinking the stuff.
