If you want a good fryer that can penetrate really deep in there like ram that warm deep into the guts of the food go gotta oil up and just squirt that grease deep into its cavities and let it soak burning up and jamming all that fire into it's insides.

After a few minutes you pull it out and you let it rest and let the food drip dry. Pat it with some towels to soak some of the oil and juices up and serve as soon as you can!
