The double down was fucking amazing and probably healthier than 90% of other fast foods.

High sodium, sure, but it was two chicken breasts with a little bacon, some cheese and sauce. About as high nutrient as you can get with fast food.

They also need to bring back the doubleicious. The sauce they used (same as on the doubledown) was great.

That's a Big Mac, without the top bun.

That's exactly how I eat my Big Mac's. See, I hate sesame seeds. So, when I get a Big Mac, I remove the top bun. Do you see in the pic how they put nothing on the top meat patty? They also have nothing on top of the bottom meat patty. So, its real easy (and convenient) to simply pick up half the sandwich from the middle bun up and turn that part over so both meat patties are on top of each other, after removing the top bun.

In just a few simple moves, you get rid of the crap top bun covered in crappy sesame seeds, and you reduce the carb count of your Big Mac by about 40%. It's a win-win.

I used to believe this, but I swear there's something wrong with it, like a recipe change. It used to almost have a spiced flavor to is, in the way that Mr. Pibb is spiced, but every time I have had it in the last 2 years, it's just been sickly sweet garbage. Even fucking mug has a better flavor to me now.
In retaliation, I buy more expensive bottles of root beer that I find locally. Those usually use cane sugar too, so it's just better all around.

A&W actually has the best tasting fast food burger. They are seemingly uncommon but appear on every stop on the TransCanada highway; at least the west 3/4 of it.
