Hey bros, I have a single chicken breast in the fridge that was originally going to be used for Parmesan chicken, but I’m not feelin that anymore. Any ideas on what I should make with it? I still have panko and stuff to make parm along with just standard kitchen stuff that can be used

Brine in Buttermilk, Cayenne, Italian Herb, and Lemon w/ Egg for a day. Remove and use the Brine as your breading goop. Bread in a mix of 2 Cups flour, 1 spoonful sugar, teaspoon cayenne, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and cornstarch. Bread and layer only once, make sure you smash it in. Fry in 365 Farenheit, or 185 Celsius (use medium low heat if you do not have a temperature measure. Fry until golden brown and registers 155 Degrees Farenheit.

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 tsp BBQ Sauce (Sweet Hickory tastes the best)
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Mix parmesan (even the shitty Kraft stuff will work) with mayo. S/p/g the chicken and smear the top of the breast with the parm/mayo mixture. Top with panko and bake at 375.
