Made some after seeing this thread. Wasn't quite authentic (used cheddar as had no mozzarella and garlic mayo).. It was delicious. I don't understand how the West never managed to invent this even though almost every Western household must have these ingredients.

When I worked in South Korea at a restaurant I made this daily by the bucket. Mayo sugar, salt and finely chopped hot peppers, mix that in corn and cover in cheese then cook in butter lined pan.
