Yes, and it's an Ethan Allen Signature Platinum Plush. It's the most comfortable bed ever. Whenever I get someone else to sleep in it they always say the same.

As for the topic of the thread, the only thing I ever eat in my room is a bowl of cereal. Most foods I prefer to eat at the dining table. If I'm eating something nice and don't have company I will take off my glasses so I can see the food better and enjoy it that much more.

The diminishing returns point is around $1400 currently, but yeah... in the ballpark.
The noticeable differences in surface material and overall weight (and, by extension, quality of suspension build) change very little beyond that, and it's down to personal taste.
