Chef John is the only tolerable one. If I accidentally click on a weissman or Ragusea video I immediately close it because of how much I want to punch their faces. I don't know why but some quality about their face incites this primal urge to punch them as hard as possible. I'm sure they're nice guys who are capable chefs but I still want to punch their faces.

I just don't like his passive aggressiveness. This could've just been a normal informational video on how spiciness works but he made it about him and stereotyping people who like hotness as "wannabe tough guys." I like his recipes he just has a weird personality.
