To unironically answer this, the same type of people who are transgender (leftists, social media users, etc) heavily overlap with vegans. Most vegans and transsexuals are leftists, most vegans and transsexuals were taught in the same public schools, most vegans and transsexuals hold incredibly positive views on each other. TL;DR it’s just two similar groups and they come together
