youtube is oversaturated and has tons of bullshit with how they run it. making competitive videos is a pain in the ass, and the likelihood it will ever be profitable is extremely low. i don't want to monitor my personality and acquiesce to please people i don't even like for ratings, and the future of youtube is questionable at best.
