Seriously what are you talking about it's just meat that's been run through a grinder, you could reach a similar result by finely chopping a piece of meat with a knife of your choice (a meat grinder is just drawing a complete blank but spinning thing that pushes the meat towards a bunch of spinning blades that helps pushing it through a metal grating at the end) nothing is added whatsoever if anything it is really smart seeing as you have minimal amounts of waste which is good seeing as an animal died for the meat to be available in the first place and arguably good for the environment as well I guess.

I really don't see what's processed about it at all seeing as if you make your own it is just meat and well some spices I guess but often just salt and black pepper, sure if you buy ready made in a store then you have some fillers added and McD/BK and so on probably have some bullshit other than just meat but saying that it's processed "shit" and then showing a picture of what looks like a real hamburger which really is anything but processed shit is just plain wrong and dishonest.

No it does not, why do you keep lying if anything it soaks up excess blood by grinding (you have obviously never emptied a hundred kilo or so of bags with meat trim and trimmings to be grinded) which would make it even jucier if anything I guess (a lot of water content evaporates by cooking either way of course) no juices whatsoever gets lost from grinding that is just false (but some of the excess blood often get trapped in the packaging or those nasty paperthingys in packages) except perhaps a miniscule amount because I can't say with 100% certainty but if anything a wee but should be added because of all the blood.
