Shrimps are so good, I like shrimps so much that I always opt for them rather than taking the plunge into lobsters or crabs. Am I missing out on something better?

Lobster needs to be super fresh & high quality. Crab is great but fiddly. Prawns are certainly reliable & delicious OP, but spread your wings. Mussels, scallops, squid etc

Shrimps are good, and pretty hard to do wrong.
Crabs or lobsters can be better, but are easy to do wrong and make them not as good as shrimps.
Shrimps are a safe choice.
If you decide to do lobsters, try hard to get live lobster - those are the easiest to cook well.
