Dark rye toast
Crispy bacon
Tomatoes I char a little bit on both sides, don't cook them too long or they'll just taste like tomato sauce

I like to add a bit of roasted garlic in my mayo, and sometimes a bit of hot sauce, just a little bit. I always fry the bread in a dry pan, that's how I toast them. Also, season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and a little high quality olive oil.

Sometimes I also fry the bacon with a bit of hot sauce, if I remember.

What's the difference between Hellmanns mayo and normal mayo? I've only bought the normal kind.

>> No.15100656

Toasted bread
Black peppered mayo
Little garlic salt on your tomatoes

These three things are how you elevate it, personally I like my bacon more chewy than crispy and I like it stacked with about three layers, but that's all preference

Salt pepper, maybe garlic salt a lil on the tomatoes but simple is better. Get thin cut bacon, though. Doesn't matter if it's store brand in plastic or hotel-style stuff from your local butcher. Thin bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomato, mayo, on white sandwich style bread toasted. Screw the garlic salt and get a garlic mayo (or make one) if you're dying to church it up, but simpler is better with BLTs.

I don't think we have Duke's where I live. What's the difference between Hellmann and normal mayo?
