I've found 3 german roaches in my kitchen over the past three weeks.
Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck FUCK.
I've NEVER had to deal with this before. I always take out trash, never leave dirty dishes out ever. Holy fuck.
I think ordering fucking take-out has got to be the culprit.
I am freaking the fuck out guys. Help.

Spray vertices and cracks of apartment with undiluted zeta-citamethrin. You can find it in the gardening aisle under brands like Sevin, just check the ingredients, don't dilute, just put it in a spray bottle. Apply it to vertices where they like to climb, thresholds, cracks, windowsills, etc.

Oh and you might want to open the windows while doing so, and go outside for a couple of hours after. It will stay applied for months, but you shouldn't be sucking it in while airborne.

You can also spread damacious soil around, it's a fine powder that's harmless to humans but shreds insect exoskeletons and they can't get it off. It's like broken glass. But that really only works outdoors, or by working it into carpets. Or dumping it into crevices.

My dad had some in his flat at some point because of dirty neighbour. Apply thin layer of boric acid mixed with sugar wherever you see them pass, it should be enough to get rid of them if they aren't too numerous.

diatomaceous earth. Just put that shit along your walls and carpt and corners. That shit kills everything and is harmless to humans

Spray roach repellent in cracks etc like the other anon said and apply bleach diluted with water to any areas where the roaches were crawling around since roaches leave pheromones and so on and that attracts more roaches.

Roaches also eat dead roaches too so if you smash one, flush it down the toilet and bleach the area where you smashed it.

Chances are good that they aren't in your house because there's food there but rather in winter time they come in to stay warm. Work on weatherizing your home.

I second this. you can put it in a spray bottle with some water and spray it all the way around all your walls and stuff. just make sure you re apply after cleaning and buy food grade diotomacious earth. After treating your apartment you'll see like 2-3 more roaches half dead on your floor with a literal hole in them.

Third. Be sure it is food grade, they'll be marked as such. I've found they're easy to find in stores that sell supplies for raising checkens.

If you want another simple solution pick up roach motels
