I generally don't care about mark and i don't follow his videos. My friend and I were drinking and joking about marks smile and shit and i mentioned how thin he was and he probably got AIDs in Africa when he was younger. My friend got quiet and I asked if it was true. He said that mark has HIV but likely didn't get it in Africa. He wouldn't tell me anything else and I didn't press the issue. Either way, good for him for being successful and seemingly happy all the time.
