Every single way.
I fucking love a fried egg sandwich with hot sauce in the morning.
When I'm drunk I really love scrambled eggs on toast, loads of cracked black pepper.
My mum makes this curried omelette type thing in a flour wrap with spring onions and chopped chillies that is my absolute favourite thing, but I've never replicated how good she does it.

My go to is what the first guy (Alex) makes, just with more scallions and no toppings except for siracha.

Sometimes I'll fry some to put on toast but I usually like to add some water and cover the eggs with a lid ~20 seconds before taking them out so the top sets.

shakshuka for specials occasions or it a have tomatoes going soft

Either fried with a running yolk, or boiled 7 minutes for s/m sized eggs.
Served with buttered ryebread sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Been my breakfast every day for the last 15 years.

Using the same video as reference, I make mine like Chris. Fried in very hot oil in a wok, I love those crispy bits.

I like eggs. A lot, Howard. I love eggs. I loooove eggs. I go into the coffee shop in the hotel and I love eggs. I order over easy eggs, (I like the eggs over easy). They never come over easy that's a hard egg to order, the over easy, if they're under easy they're disgusting. I only got one tooth there and if they're under easy they run down my face. So that's why I order a omelette."

I used to always make them scrambled/omelette style, but lately I’ve been having them solely poached. Its nice they’re a lot less messy to make that way and that they come out like little dumplings. Either way I’m not picky with my eggs, I only ask to lay off the butter.

Over easy with bacon and toast. The eggs fried in the bacon grease with the grease spooned over the yolk

>> No.15089545

Over easy but I always fuck it up on the flip, so I do sunny side up and then flick some water from my fingers and cover it for a few seconds to firm up the top. Dunk toast in the yolk, eat the whites, then put the cooked yolk on toast and eat it.

I used to do it this way, then I realized cheap butter has water in it so now I just add butter before covering. More butter, more better!

:D
