Is it safe to eat a pound of beef liver every day for several months?

So I found some beef liver on sale for $1.88 / pound at Wegman's and I bought 27 pounds of beef liver. I already had about 5 pounds of beef liver. I've been eating a pound of beef liver every day for the last several days. I like liver, so I'm wondering how long I can keep this up, since it really saves money. What are the chances that I'll get some kind of toxicity from this?
