We have 24 hour menu for some items. Quarter, Big Mac, cheeseburger, nuggets, Sausage or bacon mcmuffins, hashbrowns and hotcakes can all be purchased whenever.
Funnily enough it doesn't include the Mcchicken and not even joking the drive thru window was smashed and they closed it off one time and next time I went through I asked what happened and she said that some guy got mad because they wouldn't serve him a McChicken at 6am and he got out and started battering the window with a baseball bat.
It's funny to image him screaming "FOR ME, IT'S THE MCCHICKEN" as he smashed the window

I get either a grande breakfast burrito or a breakfast crunchwrap with an extra cheesy toasted breakfast burrito or two.
Roughly 5-6$ total depending if you get steak or two extra burritos. It helps me power through work If I’m having a rough morning. There’s a hidden california crunchwrap option too which gives you guac in the morning which is nice.

There’s combos but their coffee sucks (black) and they give you one hash brown which is good or some cream filled cinnabon balls which are good too but they only give you two so it’s not worth the extra money in my opinion.

I forget it exists, it’s good my favorite is the thicker texture then it’s the taste. It reminds of McDonald’s picante sauce. It’s not really spicy but the tang is there. I’m used to dumping diablo sauce in my mouth between mouthfuls.

What we did have was all day breakfast for most items, which lasted from 2015 until covid lockdowns when a couple large franchises bitched it slowed down drive thru times. They just made a couple of baked goods like cinnamon rolls that are available all day as a compromise
Burger King does Whoppers all day, and I bet McDonald's will eventually make fries available all day

Every time I go to McDonald's at breakfast time by mistake (usually a hangover craving) I totally fucking regret it. The hashbrown isn't even great, but stuff like the muffins are just straight up bad. It's all dry and tastes like nothing but salt and msg.

Not OP but McDonald’s was my first tax paying job. I was 17 and put a little $5,000 in my bank account in the 9 months I worked there. They’ll give you as many or as few hours as you want. A lot of my co workers were similarly aged, even the ones who weren’t were pretty cool. No one gave a shit if you were high as a pigeons pussy at work, because everyone else is high as fuck too. Basically just come in, get high and punch in drive through orders on a screen for 8 hours. Got whatever we wanted for lunch free, every day. Guaranteed 30 minute lunch every day, and at least two 15 minute breaks. I hated the idea of working at McDonald’s before I started. But honestly it was a fucking awesome job for a 17 year old kid with no real direction in life. McDonald’s genuinely helped me get on my feet and start a life for myself. So in other words it sucked but it was way better than being a NEET like yourself kek

I should also mention that I worked at a franchise location, as opposed to a corporate location. Franchises are way better to work at because the bossman gets more say on a lot of business operations, which means there’s less strict rules and shit than at the corporate locations.
