Accidentally received a fuckton of heavy cream in my food home delivery today. Haven't bought cream in years, so I have no idea how to dispose all of this in a fun way.

Any tips? So far I've made a Mudslide, and I'm thinking about making some butter as well.

Cream of mushroom soup, I like Ina Garten's recipe. Make sure you spend the extra 30 minutes making your own mushroom stock as she recommends in the recipe, it makes a huge difference and it's easy.

Make cream reduction sauces. Alfredo, reduced white wine with cream, bechamel, ect. Put it in white gravy. Put it in tomato sauces. Put it in anything you would normally use milk in. It's great stuff.
