I don't know what Chinese-owned shithole he worked in, but my shop was immaculate and none of the the ingredients had anything weird going on, it was legit just Heinz condiments and other brand name meats, cheeses, etc., and the seafood was just packaged imitation crab meat that you'd get anywhere. there's nothing suss about it, if you run a legit operation

I ate at my own shop all the time and for years after I left
