Love his stuff. As far as food YouTube goes he's probably one of the most grounded yet smart and innovative people.
As far as Internet Bullshit(TM) goes I think he's been the one person that's helped improve my life the most.

Intermittent Fasting is honestly a big reason WHY I started taking cooking seriously; A single meal means you've got at least 20 minutes more per day that you can invest into cooking, not to mention you're more invested.
