Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. They make disgusting noises when they eat, slurp everything, men in the streets lift their fucking wife beaters over their sweaty stomachs while laughing and chewing with their mouths full of food. Odd that this is copypasta. As an American who goes to Macau, half of that shit is delicious until it falls off at the end with dog and monkey. Pig uterus is kind of like natural casings that we use in sausage, or even more gross (unless cleaned right) intestines for chitlins. But chicken feet are gelatinous chewy delicacies. Also, didn't have monkey brain, but the sheep brain soup tasted like meat-butter. That's the only way I can describe that silky rich thing as.

America used to have deep fried cow brain on toast at the Chicago stockyards way back when. Wish it still did, because that sounds fantastic.

I do enjoy child corn, yes. I've even produced some of my own with my 9 year old stepdaughter. We have a little garden in the backyard. I have no idea why some people think child corn is wrong. We both love producing it, regularly. I sent some to her school, now they're all enjoying it too. Fresh produce is amazing.

Its incredibly resource intensive to grow corn, more than practical any vegetable. Because of that, it's rare to find anyone outside of farmers who grow specifically for Chinese markets growing baby corn. That means that baby corn is more prominent in Chinese food. Everyone else would rather just grow and use adult corn

China is the future though, agreed there. Their strong authoritarianism has them minmaxing their development. It's much easier to develop a country quickly when the growth isn't organic, but rather dictated from the top down. China is basically like the optimal strategy for growth, at the cost of things like freedom, human rights, etc. The insectoid hive is always more efficient than organic individual growth.
