No one is eating it raw in instant noodles, I hope, they just let it cook for a minute or something.

Japanese eating raw eggs over rice and it actually tastes really good. Freshly cooked still hot rice you just mix the eggs in and there's no mouthfeel to the egg itself as it's mixed into teh rice it's just like sauce or a seasoning and again the ambient temperature does cook it a little bit so it's not stone-cold raw.
