Any number of chilis, stews, curries, and soups. I wouldn't recommend doing more than 3 days worth. It's fine up to 4 or 5 depending on ingredients but taste and texture definitely start to go off before it actually spoils.

my go to is one pot chicken thighs and rice

brown 4-5 chicken thighs(skin on bone in ofc) in a stanley steel skillet
remove after about 2-3 minutes on each side
add however many diced and chopped onions/garlic you want, cook until soft and brown for about 8 minutes
add cup of rice and toast for about a minute
add tomato paste and a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes
add 1 cup of broth of choice plus half a cup of water
bring to a slight boil then put it down to a nice simmer, add chicken thighs back into pan on top of everything else
let cook uncovered for about 20-25 minutes until most liquid is cooked through
cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes

and wa la, plate up and eat. this usually lasts me like 4 days on a good week depending on how many thighs i make

Get some thin top round steaks, cut into strips or squares, then marinate with soy sauce, worcestershire, chili sauce, and ginger overnight. Depending on how many steaks came in the package this oughta last you a few days to a week. Cook rice, sear the meat you're using, then toss together everything with soy sauce and green onion. If need be, you can prepare everything at once and just eat it whenever from the fridge. This shit got me through college.

Hamburger Hash

1 lb 80/20 burg, brown in a pan
Remove burg, reserve off to the side
Add some neutral oil, fry some potatoes. Can chop them small and go extra crispy, or leave them in larger pieces.
Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, broccoli... really just go nuts with the vegetables.
Liquid released from the veg should help deglaze the pan.
Add the meat back in. Here's where you add in any quick cooking ingredients like chopped garlic, greens, etc.
Finish it off, season and serve. You can pick any flavor profile you want here... simple salt and pepper, Mexican with cumin and ground chilies, continental with basil and oregano. Again, go nuts.

Serve, top with a fried egg if its the morning.

1.5lbs lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1lb frozen corn
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
8oz shredded sharp cheddar
1 32oz bag tater tots

Mix the soups, sour cream, corn and spices in a big bowl. In a 13x9 pan layer the beef, soup/corn mixture, cheese and tater tots. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Take it to a potluck in the midwest and get some wife pussy.

Dice up a can of spam and fry it nice and crispy then set aside. In the pan add a little chicken stock, some velveeta and literally any other cheese you want. The velveeta will emulsify it and make it into a nice, creamy cheese sauce. If it's too thick add a little more stock, too grainy add more velveeta. Figure equal parts of velveeta to other cheese. Once all melted stir in the spam, add a little pepper and/or hot sauce and serve over instant mashed potatoes. Or real ones if you're feeling fancy.

beans from the can are cancer. what you wanna do is buy 1.2lb of beans and leave them to soak overnight, then you dump the water and rinse out the beans and fill the pot to the top with water again. you put in one onion and like 3-4 chuds of garlic, along with 2 chopped carrots, some hot peppers, 4-5 dried laurel leaves, a spoon of fat or a little bit of oil and a marrow bone, lamb or beef. you then let it cook for 2 hours on a low flame and then salt it. after that, let it cook for 30 more mins and heat up some oil in a pan. once it's heated, mix it with 2-2.5 tablespoons of flour and one tablespoon of cayenne pepper, it should be like a thick ooze. Then doomp the mixture into the beans and stir, and let it cook for like 10-15 more mins and it's done. If you are v*gan you can cook it without fat or meat and it is still great.

This is the objectively only way to eat beans. Nobody knows how to eat fucking beans, and they make retard-ass diarrhea food instead. I don't know how other "cultures" don't trip and break their legs getting dressed in the morning when they are too retarded to make fucking beans properly.

Ultimate 'bachelor' food, because for some reason beans are always better the next day.
