Arizona - the "authentic" Mexican food is overrated. Yeah the food truck stuff is better than Taco Bell but that's an extremely low bar. You can make better stuff yourself from cheap supermarket ingredients.

Florida- The fact that most of our population isn't from here has made our food shittier. We have access to everything that makes Cajun food great while also having access to everything that makes Caribbean food great, but people would rather eat garbage than local because they're from NY or the midwest where taste goes to die.
