Unless what I got wasn't one, hemorrhoids go away after a bit. I had one really painful shooter marble sized lump on the edge of my asshole. I just stopped forcing shit out, staying on the toilet for so long and stopped lifting for like 2 weeks.

That's so easy to say, but when you're used to overeating you develop a burning sensation across the body when you cut calories. Combined with losing your main source of stress relief and having no quick results on the scale ends up in complete frustration. There's a reason why weight loss is a billion dollar industry that people keep failing at. Keto was supposed to be the secret cheat diet that let's you stuff your face and lose weight.

I've lost over 45 kilos twice in my life and the only thing I've done was eat less and exercise both times. I say twice because I did regain 30 kilos due to complacency, and I think it's important to tell you so that you can get an idea about my experience with weight loss.

Losing weight, particularly if you've been fat for a while, it's not a quick process. Your body will want to sabotage you, but you need to develop a new relationship with food, otherwise you'll put the weight back on.

Keto is not healthy and will not lead to permanent change. You need to teach yourself discipline. You need to know it is okay to eat pizza and cake every once in a while, so long as you don't over do it.

If you're overweight, I know it can sound difficult, but I've been there and I've done it. For life, this time. You can do it, too.
