how do you cook your instant ramen anon ?

>> No.15007496

>boil two cups of water
>drop noodle block in
>wait until noodles separate
>add seasoning and whatever else packets
>stir until the sauce reduces and thickens leaving a lovely texture
>optionally stir an egg in and maybe add some kind of oil

>> No.15007498

I usually add some ham on the side and a boiled egg
a bit of extra soy sauce and sesame seed oil, sometimes a bit of home made sambal
if I have any, some green onion and sesame seeds as garnish
rarely i also add some extra veg like some carrot or broccoli or some other simple veg

Cook noodles with the flavor-pak. I like to add frozen green peas in there if spring onions aren't in season. Microwave bacon on a plate for two minutes, put half in the boiling broth and pour the fat in there too. Microwave remaining bacon for another minute or so. Add a splash of Jap soy to taste and top with the bacon to make it look more edible

I follow the directions, except after draining and adding the sauce I also add a diced spring onion, one egg and thin strips of pan seared [whatever leftover protein], let it simmer for a minute to warm up. Its great and while I can absolutely tolerate the heat, pic related is NOT great for your tum especially at night, I once had to turn around twice while driving to work because I was worried I would shit myself in the car.

I dont handle spicy things super well and this was bad for me. I wasnt expecting it to be hot. What really got me was the sauce coating my mouth and lips. I've done the ghost pepper chocolate shit and my friends uncle makes ghost pepper powder. This felt hotter than that.

I crack the egg straight into the pot and poach it, usually when the noodles start to soften.

>>15007507
Doesn't really matter either way as long as it's well mixed.

Some guy on omegle told me to add it to pozole, have yet to try it but he said it was good.

>> No.15008226

fry up some garlic and some onion. put the flavor packet in the oil along with garlic powder, black pepper, and soy. a really tiny amount of water just to deglaze the pan and stop it form burning, then I put the noodles in. when the noodles are all loosened up but still a bit hard I add some milk just below covering the noodles and a tablespoon of peanut butter. makes the noodles real creamy and satisfying.

Ramen takes almost zero effort. Also yummy

they are, oddly, better than fresh peas in almost all cases because they immediately freeze them before their sugars breakdown; unless you grow and pick your own peas, frozen is truly the way to go

>> No.15009943

I usually follow the instructions and then mix in one whole egg and one egg white while cooking and then add an egg yolk after I pour it into a bowl

I never buy packet ramen but i do make a fake instant ramen thing

>frozen udon noodles or ramen noodles
>2 tsp better than bouillon
>veggies
>hot pot meats
>dipping sauce made of sesame paste, soy sauce and gochujang

a little more effort than instant but the fresh taste is worth it
