Avoid processed foods. Mainly eat meat, eggs, cheese, fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Don't eat too much. Don't drink soda and juice unless you consider them as junk food to have in small amounts. Milk is okay if you aren't lactose intolerant. If you do this for a while you can kind of start to feel what your body needs regarding food and it'll feel natural to maintain a healthy diet.
