Just bought this guy, 10 inches

Its gonna be a good all round pan. Mainly sauteeing, but also looking forward to making pot pies/regular pies

What else should i make in this 10 inch enameled cast iron pan?

I tried fucking with cast iron but i hate the upkeep. Look into enamel cast iron if you ever get tired of seasoning after every use

the number on the bottom is the size in centimeters.

So 20cm, it's small. Great for a single person like myself.
