How do I make herbs last longer at home? They always wilt so quickly for me
What's the best way to store them
Particularly Parsley and Coriander

if you have a lot of it, you can mince it in the food processor and add a little bit of water. Then you can freeze it in icecube trays and put them in a bag in the freezer for later use. Alternatively, you can make compound butter with the herbs or dry them.

Rosemary, thyme and oregano you dry. Everything else you wrap in wet paper towels and put in a well sealed plastic bag and it can last 2 weeks if you dont open it too often.

Herbs? What is this soy boy shit, they didn't have these when I was growing up. Western civilization has no need for overwhelming spices because we have high quality ingredients and invented refrigeration.
