There's a hole in the wall diner at the edge of my city that historically was used by rail workers on their way through the town and has slowly morphed into a truck stop/local joint.

I get their "meat and 2 eggs" breakfast that includes your choice of meat (4 slices bacon, 4 sausages, 1/2 sausage patty, or 1/2 of pit ham), 2 eggs in your style of choice, hash browns plain or with white or brown gravy, and scone, biscuit, or toast with butter and huckleberry jam. It's a huge fucking breakfast and costs like $7 lol, it's great to go have it every two or three months. They also have some pretty bomb omelettes, but their lunch menu is missable and they close before dinner.

One day a week I wake up at about 6 so I can immediately beat rush hour and get to Chik-Fil-A and get some stuff. Shit is fresh and delicious and their chicken has such flavor.
