Can someone give me the lowdown on what you're supposed to do with a torta ahogada? Are you actually just supposed to pick this thing up with your hands like a regular sandwich and eat it? There's a place up the street from where I'm currently working that does these things in addition to regular tortas, and I ordered one without thinking, and when I got back to the work site it was just wrapped in paper with no utensils. The sauce they use for their pork is bitchin and all but I don't want my hands stand red and smelling of meat for the entire rest of the day.
