Some hours ago I ate unsalted butter by itself while pretending I was sverige. It wasn't bad but was incredibly satiating and felt like too much after 400 calories worth. It was like sour cream or cream cheese but less tangy. But the reason I bring this up is for the past few hours when I burp it tastes like the fat off the side of a steak, very delicious and wonderful burps that make me crave meat.

I'ma be real witchu chief, I tried the carnivore thing and I got a kidney stone. Do not reccomend. It's more satiating than you'd expect because your stomach actually feels it, compared to the fat being soaked up by starches and feeling like that.
