What are your favorite cold weather recipes? Its getting cold in the US, I'm making Zuppa Toscana and fresh bread tonight to have a cozy night.

As soon as it gets a little cold out, the first thing I make is corn soup loaded with bacon, potatoes and onions. I don't add cheese cause I like having a grilled cheese sammy next to it.

Also stovetop hot cocoa with a few drips of orange extract.

I can buy hearty foods but there's a great chance that the temp is gonna pump or dump 30 degrees and give me the meat sweats or leave me feeling uncomfortable while eating something like this.
