Canned meat and fish obviously. You could try dry sausages or something but I don't think the texture would go well with that. Some people like to add chickpeas to their pasta but if you're not using canned ones they take a few hours to cook.

ok but which canned fish/meat?
tuna doesnt work well, salmon is decent but not amazing. these make poverty tier meals compared to using fresh sausages or ground beef.

Make some pasta alla puttanesca. Pretty much everything in it stores indefinitely or is canned. You can add tuna with the anchovies as well to bolster it; tastes and works fine. You can't eat it every day though probably, I don't readily recall how best to manage mercury here.

Lentils can be kept dried in your pantry. they cook quickly and don't require soaking. With the addition of a grain the are considered a complete protein and are nice texturally in spaghetti.

Okay, so this is actually a legitimate option. If you're making a wet sauce you can separate some and use it to soak tvp mince, or you can soak tvp chunks in instant bouillon while the pasta boils.

The industrial process used to clean eggs removes a protective outer layer. If you're sourcing them from a farm you're fine, if you're buying supermarket eggs you're running a huge risk.

You can buy plain canned chicken or beef. I've had it before from emergency supplies and it's surprisingly not bad, I expected the canned chicken to be really dry but it was actually decent. Haven't had much luck with canned shellfish, always seems really mushy, but maybe shrimp would be okay.
