i eat a disgusting amount of jarred salsa
and also buy the plastic containers of salsa in the dairy section (well, at least MY store has that)
i mostly eat it with tortilla chips but i also like it as a marinade/braising liquid, topping for eggs, pureed in a blender and used as the base for huevos rancheros, mixed with steamed rice (oh god, just trust me on this one), and anyplace you'd use a tomato relish such as a with fried pork chops and fried catfish
