Some hints:

Leave a taller rind, with no toppings. The contrast with the middle of the pizza is nice.

Even for Neapolitan style pizza the dough is supposed to be not so thick. Spread it better, you got a lot of empty space on the tray, use it! (inb4 square pizza is completely fine).

Don't use parsley, it doesn't handle heat well. Basil would be a better choice for a fresh herb.

A good topping is all about balance. Peppers and onions are OK but what about something meaty alongside them? (If you don't eat meats: button mushrooms are great)

From the looks at >>14901696 your dough might be a bit too hydrated. Are you using a 60% dough? (60g water / 100g wheat)

Also make sure to knead it well. There are no-knead pizza styles but if you need to knead, do it properly.

I fully agree with >>14901725, for a second attempt this doesn't look bad. (Mine was way worse.)

>>14901679
>I used buttermilk pancake mix as a substitute for flour. Worked out a little better than expected.
Check if there aren't chemical rising agents in the pancake mix, such as sodium bicarbonate. Good pizza rises with yeast and yeast alone.

If you're passionate about it, you'll stick with it but what you have right here I wouldn't even eat I wouldn't even feed the fucking dog whatever this shit is. Just from the picture I can tell you used all purpose flour, cheap cheese, cheap gravy, shitty fucking ingredients. This is fucking horrible throw it away and try again.

Okay so I was wrong about the all purpose flour I didn't read the rest of the post but that doesn't mean it still looks like fucking shit. Why the fuck would you use pancake mixture or whatever the fuck it was? I mean I get you're trying to be a cool edgy teenager but just stick to using bread flour and or all-purpose flour.

Look son, I made a similar mistake when I was in middle school. At least now you know what baking powder is. The only way to get proper pizza dough is to use yeast. Yeast, warm water, salt and high gluten bread flour is all you need to make pizza dough. You can add a little sugarvif you want to help the yeast but its not necessary. If you want a pie with a golden brown crust, then you'll need to add a little bit of malted barley flour. If you want a crust that chairs a little, you'll want to add some 00 flour. Proof the yeast for 10 min, mix/knead for 15, proof for 30 min, punch it down, wrap it and store it in a fridge for at least two days. Once you're ready to make the pie, flour a flat surface and then cover your dough ball in flour. Start by flattening the outside of the dough ball with your hands. Once the outer edge is flat, place one hand in the middle of the ball and with your other start pulling the edge of the dough out. Give the dough a turn and repeat until it reaches your desired diameter. Use a fork to cover the dough with little holes. They'll let some steam escape so your pie doesn't blowup. Top with just enough sauce to cover, not a lot, and leave about an inch to an inch and a half of crust unsauced. The crust will puff up and the sauce will leak out a bit, so the end crust will be much smaller. Cover with about an oz of cheese per inch of diameter. Or dont, cheese can be optional. Layer your toppings so that the ones that need to be cooked more are at the top i.e. bellpeppers, raw meats, pineapple, etc. Your oven should be hot, likely as hot as your oven can go - 500 to 550 degrees F. At this temperature, a pizza will cook in 7-8 minutes. A pizza stone will give you a crisper crust but isnt necessary. If your toppings aren't warmed through or your crust seems doughy, leave it in a little longer but keep an eye on it. The more toppings you add, the longer it will take to cook though. Just focus on getting the dough right for now.

Today we are going to make pizza. So let's prepare our pancake mix...

I can tolerate lazyness but not idiotism. If you are such a fucking idiot, who thinks using pancake mix for a fucking pizza is a great idea just buy fucking premade dough.
