orange juice (fresh is best), evaporated milk with some milk/ cane sugar, sometimes vanilla. Always serve over ice so it dilutes it down a bit.
alternatively some coconut milk is good.

Its both creamy and bright. In the beginning its sweet and kind of indulgent because of the evaporated milk/cane sugar but as it waters down and mellows it its more chuggable.
