What are some good salad dressings? I've tired the what you would call most common ones but I think they all taste like shit.

Thinking of mixing in some mayo from now on.

Vinaigrette's are easy to make on your own and tweak to your own taste. I like mine with mustard, shallots, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in mine. If I've got a leftover bird's eye or serrano or something that's pretty good to mince in if you want a kick.

creamy Caesar dressing, crumbled bacon, chicken, croutons and parmesan cheese on top of romaine lettuce. Best salad* you'll ever eat.
After that Blue cheese, ranch, 1000 island dressings are good, don't use straight mayo, at a minimum do 50/50 sour cream/mayo or greek yogurt/mayo. Or be healthy and skip the mayo entirely.
