I think this is fucking it exactly guy. Yah This stuff was great. it worked amazing with some eggs. It was an exelent breakfast substitute somewhere between ham and bacon, and much less of a hastle than either. You could bake it for some really excellend crispy skin too. or fry it on a pan next to eggs. chop up and put in mashed potatos, etc. really would recommend.

Spam is alright, just incredibly salty. It's pretty popular in a lot of Asian countries. My recommendations is, instead of eating it straight out of the can, try actually cooking it in some fashion. You can fry a slice of spam and then make a sandwich with that. Or, you can cut the spam up into cubes, and throw it into a cup of ramen and boil it with the ramen. The Japanese prefer slicing it, frying it, and then tossing it onto the ramen along with a fried egg, and that's good, too. If you're making macaroni and cheese, you can cube the spam and add it to the mac and cheese. Spam also goes well in egg fried rice, and although I've never tried it, I'm willing to bet it would make a fine pizza topping. There's also musubi, which I've had and can say is quite nice.
Ultimately, it's a bit foolish to just dismiss spam outright when it can be used to make good food.
