Are you serious? How much do you weigh like 200kg? It's way too much food and too much protein for one go. Steak is best with some fresh salad.

Astronauts, spy plane pilots, and truckers have instinctively known this for years.
You're not even the first Spaniard to show up, and you're acting like you discovered the place and claimed it for Isabella?

You can maybe order this kind of meal at any Waffle House (they're kinda new and regional, maybe check 'em out if you see one) or truck stop diner.

If you're cooking at home and have run out of steaks, maybe try pan frying some kippers or deenz as a substitute. Heard some guys talking about that in a song like 40 years ago making fun of an episode of a TV show from 10 years before that, supposed to be kinda pretty good.

What kind of steak is best for morning steak and eggs?

>> No.14855181

>>14855151
Tenderized sirloin is traditional, but anything you can fry in a pan or griddle in 6 minutes or less is fine.

There are some lovely bits of chuck that make a fine breakfast.

Ribeye and strip will work, but they're usually too rich (fatty) for people to enjoy as an everyday breakfast.
Tenderloin filets are too fancy.

It’s a god-tiered breakfast meal, though you should neck yourself if you cook the steak well-done and/or cover it in A-1. That mix when the runny yolk from a busted open over-easy egg when it mixes with the steak juices.....

Shop at Sam's. Their steaks are the best in the world for ratio of quality to price. I buy their 4 packs of USDA Prime ribeye for around $35 and wala I get to eat steak 4 nights a week. Salt, pepper, sous vide at 135 for 2 hours, then hit with searzall. Perfect every time.
